ISO: New to the restaurant business - I need help getting started

Misc.
I am trying to start a restaurant in Michigan and would like to get some help on where to start and what types of the things to look out for and what things to make sure I take care of before hand. Any suggestions are appreciated and welcomed. Some experienced minds are needed right now.

Thank you,Joanna
