ISO: Norwegian cookie help
Misc.ADVERTISEMENT
I do not want to make anyone repeat recipes, but I do not know the name of the cookies.
The best way I can describe what my grandparents made is...
one was shaped like a cone, they had some sort of iron to make a really pretty design, they filled with cream and berries.
another that I remember they used to shape in bows and such, I do not know if it was the sugar cookie type or not.
Some they even had a little powdered sugar on.
I remember they tasted similar.
It has been near 15 years since I had any :-(
I really wish I had time to ask them for the recipe, but...
If nayone has any ideas, I would appreciate the help.
Thanks.
Norma
