Hi Norma.

The first cookies you described (the cone-shaped ones)are "krumkaker" (and as you know they are yummy!) I have not got a recipe for them to hand (am not at home at the moment) but if you do a search for it on the web you should be able to find the recipe. Bear in mind that you will have to get the "krumkake iron" which you need to make them in and also the cone shaped tool to shape them around! I am a Norwegian myself, and LOVE krumkaker as they remind me og my gran!
