ISO: Outbacks Shrimp Scampi recipe

Hi everyone...

A good friend of mine has been raving about the scampi that is served at Outbacks. Shes an experienced cook and has made scampi many times, but cant place an ingredient they use that makes this dish really appeal to her. I would love to surprise her and make the dish for her but after checking the copycat recipes cant seem to find the recipe.. was hoping someone here at TKL had it. Thanks!
