ISO: Outback Queensland Chicken and Shrimp question

i have been trying to find the recipe for the outback staekhouse quensland chicken and shrimp and i finnally found it but thier is one ingredients that i am confused on it says 1/2 pint of cream but they dont say what kind of cream is it sour cream of whipped cream i am very confused so if any of you guys have tried this recipt please let me know what they are taking about with the cream thank you
