Recipe: Gone with the Wind B&B Scarlett O'Hara Gelatin Salad (using Southern Comfort)

SCARLETT O'HARA GELATIN SALAD

1 1/4 cups cranberry juice
1 (3 ounce) package cherry gelatin
1/2 cup Southern Comfort
3 tablespoons lime juice (or lemon juice)
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup halved seedless grapes
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1 cup pitted Bing cherries
1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

Heat cranberry juice and in it dissolve the cherry gelatin. Remove from heat and add Southern Comfort, lime juice, and sugar; chill until gel begins.

Fold in grapes, celery, cherries, and nuts. Finish chilling.

Serve on bed of fresh lettuce dotted with pecans.
