ISO: overnight waffle recipe

Misc.

Thought I saw it here, but I've been through all the archives with no success. The recipe had yeast in it, and sat out overnight, almost like a sourdough, then in the morning I think you added the eggs and cooked.

Does anyone have this recipe? I thought it would be great for Xmas morning
