ISO: Pasta Bake

Misc.
Can anybody help with with a recipe for a paswta bake. I did have one years ago. All I can remember is that it is pasta mixed with minced beef and lots of other delicious ingredients which I cannot remember. Possible a cheese sauce to mix it all together. Any help would be great?
