PF CHANGS DIPPING SAUCE FOR LETTUCE WRAP

Last time I ate there I asked the guy what was in the sauce they made for their lettuce wraps. He told me it was half chicken broth, half soy sauce. Then of course they add the hot mustard and that spicy red sauce to it at your table.
