ISO: Peanut Butter and Raisin Bars

Misc.
When I was young a school cafeteria lady made wonderful snacks. It included peanut butter & raisins and was coated lightly with sugar. It was firm like fudge, and i don't think it was baked. The cafeteria worker has passed away and the recipe remains with her. Can anyone help with this recipe?
Thanks
