Well, this may be bad news about your recipe search. I work at a Buffalo Wild Wings and our recipe is as follows...
Remove wedges from freezer, drop in fryer for 3 1/2 minutes. Zap in microwave to melt cheese.
This may or may not be a suprise, but I can tell you that the box says "Ranch Potato Wedges" and that it comes from an outside distributer, no BWW's logo on the box, minus the routing sticker. At one time i searched for the name of the distributor, they didn't have a whole lot online.
If I find any more, I'll let you know.
