Main Dishes - Beef and Other Meats
CROCKPOT TERIYAKI STEAK

Serve with rice or if really looking for something use a bag of stir fry vegetables from the freezer section to fancy this up for company and serve rice on the side.

2 1/2 lb boneless chuck steak
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 clove garlic crushed

Cut steak into 1/8-inch thick slices and into 2- to 3-inch bite sized pieces; place meat in a crock pot.

Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl.* Pour the sauce over the meat.

Cover crock pot and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.

*If you want you can also substitute teriyaki sauce for the soy sauce, sugar and ginger.
