ISO: Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies

A dear aunt who lives out of the country asked me to search for this recipe. In her own words: "Can anyone find a highly-valued recipe for me? It looked so shabby after years of use that someone must have tossed it as no good. I cut it out of a magazine ad for Laura Scudder's peanut butter. No idea how long ago. The name was Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies. It was the favorite of all who tried it."

Thank you in advance, everyone, for the help you always so generously provide.
