ISO: Pepe's Queso

Did you really mean tablespoons of salt as opposed to teaspoons? Made this last night and was WAY too salty and I didn't even add a whole tablespoon.

Less salt though and it would have been TOTALLY spot on for Pepe's queso. Definitely making this again but not adding much salt.
