ISO: Pepe's Chili Con Queso with Cascabel sauce

My husband is from the mid-west and one of his favorite dishes is from a Mexican restaurant called Pepe's. He loves their Chili Con Queso. I have tried to duplicate it and have come close, but I am wondering if anyone has the recipe.
