ISO: Pie Cherry-Jalapeno Jam/Salad Dressing

Vickie...I also have been looking for such a recipe. Last year I used a recipe that called for 1.5 cups of water. Since the pie cherries were so full of juice, I did not add any water. And so, after adding three boxes of thickner, I ended up with with my wifes favorite salad dressing. I guess it could have been worse.
