ISO: Pillsbury yellow cake mix toffee/caramel bars using white chocolate chips and heath bars

My friend brought me the most amazing bar cookies. When I asked for the recipe she said she had gotten it off the back of a Yellow Pillsbury cake mix. There was the cake mix (she said she just added oil and eggs) and white chocolate chips, heath bars, and there was a caramel layer -- then another cake mix layer on top. I guess she doesn't have the recipe any more -- so if anyone has seen that recipe and could pass it on, I would love it! I even tried the Pillsbury web site to no avail!
