ISO: Planning Mexican Buffet/Margarita party

I am looking for ideas for a mexican buffet/margarita party that we're having to celebrate the re-opening of our pool. We're going to have about 15 people, and are looking for everything from decorating ideas to recipes for the buffet. Any advice is appreciated!
