ISO: portuguese/meat maranaid/vingadoilge/??

hello all,My name is Paul and what a nice place to get recipe's from.... well, My mother use to make this portuguese / maranaid. she used it with beef, then BBQ'ed it. i can bearly pronouce it let alone try to spell it. but here it go's. Vinghdoilage. well i hope that wasnt to bad. ha,ha. only other thing i can say about this wonderful maranaid is , that it was of the vinager genare, with all though's beautiful herb's
i hope that this post might lead me to the recipe or at best spark some interst for those who have a thurst for knowlage and experance he,he
