ISO: precooking turkey

I am wondering about cooking my turkey the day before and wondered if anyone had any tips for me. How do you keep it moist when reheating? I would like to have it sliced and ready to go because we are eating at noon this year,Im worried about having enough time Christmas morning to get everything ready. Thank-you!
