ISO: Pumpkin, Squash Pot pie from Carnival Cruise line.

Recently went on a Cruise to Mexico on Carnival's Paradise Cruise ship. At dinner one evening we had a Pumpkin, Squash Pot Pie that was absolutly fabulous! All eight of us loved it. Does anyone know the recipe or know how it could be found?
