ISO: Carnival Cruise Vegetarian Pot Pie - That's exactly what I'm looking for!

We were on Carnival Victory in early October and that vegetarian pot pie was absolutely the BEST thing either of us ate. I'm looking for the recipe because I would LOVE to make it for Thanksgiving. Please post it if you find it somewhere. I'll do the same. :)
