QUICK CHARD SAUTE
"Garlic, soy sauce and sesame seeds add great flavor to "good for you" Swiss chard."
1 tablespoon Mazola Corn Oil
6 cups Swiss chard (1 medium head)
1/4 teaspoon Durkee Minced Garlic
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon toasted Durkee Sesame Seed
Heat oil over medium heat in large skillet until hot. Cook and stir Swiss chard and garlic 5 to 6 minutes or until tender and liquid is evaporated.
Remove from heat; stir in sesame seed and soy sauce.
Makes 4 servings
