CORN PUDDING CASSEROLE
2 cans (16 oz each) cream style corn
3 slices bread, made into crumbs
1/4 stick (2 tbsp.) butter, melted
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 bell pepper, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup milk
3 tbsp. sugar
Mix all ingredients together. Place in a greased casserole dish.
Bake at 350 degrees F for approximately 30 minutes or until done.
