ISO: purple hull jelly

I am looking for a jelly recipe made with the hulls from purple hull peas. I have never heard of it before but when I saw the recipe in a magazine the other day I figured I would try it. By accident I must have thrown the magazine away and now I can't find a recipe for this jelly anywhere. Thanks for your help.
