ISO: Question for Patricia re: Oatmeal Cake

Is this the cake that you mix in the pan, has cocoa powder as well as oatmeal, and the frosting is made with flour and a few other ingredients that are whipped to the consistancy of frosting? - if so, I have that recipe.
