ISO: ISO Oatmeal Cake with Creamy White Frosting

I used to have a recipe for an oatmeal cake with mock whipped cream frosting. The cake was dense and moist, with a really teffific frosting. I have long since lost the recipe. Does anyone have a recipe that is similar?
