ISO: Rainforest Cafe Pastalaya

I am looking for the recipe for the Rainforest Cafe's Pastalaya. I have found the recipe online but none have the amounts of ingredients for the Creole Butter! They all start with a half cup of softened butter but other amounts. Can anyone help??? Thanks in advance!
