Pam, I just use a biscuit/donut cutter that I bought years ago. It is 2 1/2 inches in diameter but I would think that you could cut them any size or shape that you would like, even using a drinking glass for a cutter if you don't have a round biscuit or cookie cutter. Dip the cutter in flour every couple of biscuits that you cut and they should slide out pretty easily.
