Hi Lois, Hope this is what you are looking for. 1 lb. hamburger, 1 egg, beaten, 2 med. onions, 1/4 cup uncooked rice, 2 cups tomato juice, 4 slices of bread, 1 cup of milk, 2 stalks of celery, chopped, 1 tsp. salt Crumble bread; soak in milk. Add beaten egg. Mix with remaining ingredients EXCEPT tomato juice. Shape into balls, place into greassed casserole. Pour tomato juice over balls. Bake 1 to 1-1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
