Good morning. Doris, I am slightly confused because you identifed the cake dough as bread. Soo, I do not know if you are really making "PIANONO". If you wish help & a viable recipe then post your recipe & it's directions. We may be able to see if there is something that be corrected. Good luck & have a nice day young lady.
