ISO: recipe for pianono

my husband is kept on asking me to bake him this pianono roll, a filipino dessert but i couldn't get any good and detailed recipe on my friends or in the internet. i made it couple of times but i always break the bread everytime i roll it. please please please can anyone give me this recipe. thanks!!!
