ISO: Re: Red Onion Jam

Many thanks for this recipe but when do I put in the pectin? Do I boil the jam for 1 minute and then add the pectin? Although what I was looking for was with white onions, this sounds very good and I will have to try it. Thanks again for your reply! Judy
