ISO: Really Healthy recipe to use up ripe bananas

Misc.
Hello All,

I have found and printed recipes from TRL for Microwave Banana Bread - BTW has anyone made something like this in the microwave? Is it edible or just gross?

I have gained too much weight recently (unemployed) so while my tastebuds would love for me to make Banana bread (and put semi-sweet chocolate chips in too. I had a muffin like this recently and it was sooooo good), Does anyone have a tried recipe or idea of something for me to make that is more waist friendly? Or do you have a recipe with the calorie/fat counts???

Oh, I just thought of Banana Pancakes. There's a good idea. Any one have any others?
