Thank you so much for the recipe Carolyn. More rain today again. Starting to think I am living in Vancouver too!

This uses the oven and mine isn't working. I found a recipe for Banana Pancakes can that used up two of them. I still have 4 or 5 ones left. Maybe I will try baking in the microwave.

Or just eat more pancakes!!!

I'll post that recipe but can't do it right now.I have some work to do that is wayyy overdue.
