ISO: Recipe for bread dip 'thing'

Misc.
Sorry to be so vague...

I have seen this thing posted on the board a while ago and now I want the recipe and don't know what name to search for. It's a round loaf of bread with the top cut off and the insides hollowed out. The shell is then filled with stuff and used as a dip. I know someone will know what I want!

Thank you very much, in advance.

:)
