ISO: RECIPE FOR HUNGARIAN KOLACH

MY FAMILY REALLY LIKES KOLACH MADE WITH NUT FILLING AND I TRY TO MAKE IT ONCE A YEAR DURING THE HOLIDAYS. I HAVE SEVERAL RECIPES, BUT HAVE A LOT OF TROUBLE WITH THE DOUGH CRACKING AND THE FILLING COMING OUT DURING THE BAKING PROCESS. i HAVE TRIED POKING THE DOUGH WITH A FORK ALONG BOTH SIDES TO NO AVAIL. ANY SUGGESTIONS?
