Source: I Made It Myself!: Mud Cups, Pizza Puffs, and Over 100 Other Fun and Healthy Recipes for Kids to Make by Sandra K. Nissenberg
From: Kathryn Smith, age 9
Makes 12 roll ups

2 cups biscuit baking mix
1/2 cup low fat milk
2 tablespoons melted margarine
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Heat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Combine baking mix with milk. Dump the mixture onto the counter and knead it with your hands about 30 times. Flatten the dough into a square, using your hands or a rolling pin.

Spread half of the melted margarine on top of the dough. Sprinkle with half of the sugar and half of the cinnamon.

Roll up the dough into a log. Slice the log into pieces about 1/2-inch wide. Place these pieces on a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Spread the other half of the melted margarine, sugar, and cinnamon over the tops of the roll ups.

Bake for 8 minutes at 400 degrees F.
