Hubby's Birthday Dinner Party
Want to make gratinated mussels (any kind)
Had "cozze gratinata" in Sicily this holiday. They were opened, in the shells and covered with what I think was a mixture of breadcrumbs, herbs, onions? and def. grated parmesan cheese. Crusted over in the oven and heavenly good.
Anybody an idea of the original recipe for it or sth. similar.
