ISO: Recipes for Adult Outing for Church (100 people)

Misc.
We are planning an adult outing cookout/campfire type meal in April. I want to serve something different (nothing like the usual hamburgers and hotdogs). ANY recipes for main dishes, side dishes, desserts, etc. will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
