ISO: Recipes from Luther's BBQ (Houston, TX)

Recently found recipelink.com on the Web and I am pleasently surprised. I can't believe I actually found the recipe for Casa Ole's Green Sauce (after five or six years of searching)! Thank You!
Another one of my favorite restaurants is Luther's BBQ. I found the recipe for their BBQ sauce on recipelink.com and I can't wait to try it. I've also been looking for the recipe to their Dirty Rice (or Spicy Cajun Rice) with the chopped brisket in it. This side dish is usually served on their "veggie bar" along side the BBQ Sauce. It's delicious and I would love to have the recipe before I have to apply for a Luther's Credit Card (ha, ha)!
I believe that some Luther's locations are franchises and not all of them serve the same side dishes (I ate at one that served Spanish Rice instead of the Dirty Rice). This particular location also had some unbelievable Mashed Potatoes. It didn't seem like that there was anything fancy about them (i.e. roasted garlic mashed potatoes), they were just flat out great! If anybody knows how to "whip up" (no pun intended) this particular recipe of mashed potatoes from Luthers, I would love to have it in addition to the Dirty Rice recipe.
Thanks, in advance, to anyone who knows how to prepare these recipes!
