ISO: Recipes using celery

Hi everyone,
I have two big bunches of celery and needs some recipe ideas. I am using bits of celery in salads, soup, etc., but I'm wondering if any of you have a recipe that calls for a large quantity of celery--perhaps something like cream of celery soup...Thanks!
