ISO: Red Velvet Cake from The Bubble Room

The recipe for Red Velvet Cake that was served at the now defunct "The Bubble Room" in Orlando, Florida. Willard Scott ate there and obtained the recipe, it was printed in a newspaper. The was probably 12-13 years ago. Thanks very much.
