ISO: Rehearsal dinner menu with Nesco?

We are hosting the rehearsal dinner for our son's wedding in Sept. - approx. 35 people. I've purchased an 18-qt. Nesco. Looking for menu ideas using Nesco (need to have dinner ready-to-go when rehearsal over). Casual not formal. dinner. Considering lasagna but not sure how long to cook and at what temp. Could I use no-boil lasagna. All ideas greatly appreciated!
