One will catter puertorrican and international dishes and the other mostly european. Now , I've been trying to get some Dutch recipes, maybe you guys will help me out here?? I don't speak Dutch but my husband does.
The hotel where my european restaurant is goin to be will book guests that will mainly be europeans and obviously Dutch guests, the owner is Dutch.
So...can you help me out here?
Right now I'm interviewing the personal for both my restaurants. The puertorrican one will be located across from the cruise ships pier, in Old San Juan in Puerto Rico. The european one is in Calle del Cristo in Old San Juan also.
I will apreciate if you guys would answer me in englis, or, who knows, maybe in spanish>>!! haha...
