ISO: Roast Beef

Misc.
It's probably very simple but I'm looking for a roast beef recipe similar to something my grandmother always used to make for us. I remember little pieces of onion so I'm guessing she used onion soup mix and also jarred mushrooms were in it. Appreciate anything you have!
