ISO: Roasted Red Pepper Ketchup

Misc.

I am looking for the recipe for Roasted Red Pepper Ketchup. You roast fresh red bell peppers rubbed with olive oil and then process them in the blender with spices. I made this last year as gifts for Christmas and now can't find the recipe. I have searched my house inside and out and now am frantically searching the web. It is delicious and those I gave it to last year are asking if I will make more this year so I really need to find it. Thank you so much for your help.
