ISO: Rock Fish

Misc.
While visiting in Maryland we had a dish that the waiter discribed as Rock Fish. But we have never heard of that kind of fish in this area. I have even checked with a local fish store owner. My girlfriend still raves over this fish (We had it at McCormick and Schmicks in Baltimore) and her birthday is coming up. I would like to prepare it for her. Does Rock Fish have another name. Do you have other recipes for preparation. I believe the one we had was very lightly breaded and pan fried.
Thanks for taking the time to answer my questions.
Happy Cooking!
