BARBECUE RANCH CHICKEN SALAD
"Ranch dressing and barbecue sauce are combined for a tasty dressing."
1/2 cup prepared ranch salad dressing
1/4 cup Hunt's Barbecue Sauce
1 (10 ounce) package torn Romaine lettuce leaves
1 thick slice Butterball Deli Barbecue Chicken Breast, cut into strips (3/4 pound)
1 cup grape tomatoes or cherry tomatoes, halved
1 avocado, pitted, peeled, sliced
1/2 cup Ranch Style Brand Black Beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 ounces)
1 cup crushed tortilla chips (for serving)
Combine ranch salad dressing and barbecue sauce in small bowl.
Arrange lettuce, chicken breast, tomatoes, avocado, black beans, corn, and Cheddar cheese on large platter.
Pour dressing over salad; toss lightly. Sprinkle with chips, just before serving.
Servings: 6
