ISO: Rotel Orginal Diced Tomatoes and Green Chili

I'm looking for a recipe that is similar to Canned Rotel Orginal diced tomatoes and green chilis, I have plenty of tomatoes in the garden this year and would like to try making some of this. Does anyone have a recipe that is similar to the canned that you buy in the store?
